Terms of use
By using Thirtel (including thirtel.com and related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Thirtel provides temporary, receive-only email inboxes with time-limited storage, plus browser-local helpers for password generation and synthetic test identity data. Features may change. Domains, delivery paths, and expiry windows may be adjusted for operations and abuse control.
No accounts required (v1)
You can use the inbox without creating a long-lived Thirtel account. Access is tied to the issued address and its timer. When the inbox expires, you should assume mail and metadata are gone.
Acceptable use
You may use Thirtel for lawful short-lived verification, privacy hygiene, development, and QA. You may not use Thirtel to:
- Commit fraud, phishing, harassment, or unauthorized access
- Impersonate others or bypass lawful identity verification
- Distribute malware or abuse mail infrastructure
- Attack, overload, or circumvent rate limits and security controls
- Violate applicable law or third-party terms in a way that involves our service
- Scrape, mirror, or republish Thirtel content at scale without permission
By checking the Terms agreement on the inbox page (or otherwise using the service), you confirm you will not use Thirtel for fraudulent or illegal activity. We may rate-limit, block, or terminate access when we detect abuse. Agreement to these terms does not make Thirtel responsible for your misuse of third-party services.
Advertising and third-party services
The site may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense) and use security services such as a bot check. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ads do not change your obligation to use Thirtel lawfully.
Intellectual property
Thirtel branding, site design, and original editorial content are owned by Thirtel or its licensors. You may link to our pages; you may not copy substantial content for commercial redistribution without permission.
No warranty of delivery
Email is best-effort. Providers block disposable domains. Spammers and filters misclassify mail. Thirtel does not guarantee that any message will arrive, arrive quickly, or remain available for the full window under all conditions.
Receive-only
Unless we explicitly ship a send feature later, you cannot send mail from a Thirtel temporary address. Do not rely on outbound mail.
Companion tools
Generated passwords and synthetic identities are provided as-is for convenience. You are responsible for how you use them. Synthetic identity data is for testing — not for deception.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thirtel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of temporary email or related tools.
